[Bridleway Bed & Breakfast]
b&b countryside cycling west lindsey
Only half a mile from the Lincolnshire Showground, Bridleway B&B has a fantastic location; set beside an oak wood yet only five minutes to Lincoln's Cathedral Quarter.
Bridleway B&B is a country retreat just a short journey from the historic city of Lincoln: found at the end of a bridle track with no neighbours save the flock of Southdown sheep, tame, free-range hens and resident horses.
All the rooms at Bridleway are in converted stables with their own private ground floor access and feature underfloor heating and wet rooms. Care has been taken to retain the character of the old building so exposed timbers and brickwork remain.
You will enjoy homemade cake on arrival and breakfast is produced using locally sourced food wherever possible.

Lincoln Cathedral floats high above the city and can be seen for miles around in every direction. It's a sight that has welcomed visitors for nearly a thousand years.
Lincoln's heritage dates back to Roman times and there are many fascinating buildings to discover. Visit the Museum of Lincolnshire Life for a hands-on experience and learn about the people of Lincolnshire and see displays of art and archeaology at The Collection.
William the Conqueror ordered a Castle to be built in 1068, closely followed in 1072 by the Cathedral. There are amazing plans for the Castle over the next few years and new areas will be opened up to tell more stories of its battles and prisoners held captive.
Shopping is great too, with lots of quirky, individual shops, particularly in the Bailgate area, but head down the aptly names Steep Hill to discover Brayford Pool. Here you can take a leisurely boat trip or ride your bike on one of the new riverside paths.
There's so much to see and do, come and visit soon.
